working with us
The flexibility of the Elemental Machines platform offers many opportunities for partners to work with us, from distributors and resellers to original equipment manufacturers. We have the technology to integrate our IoT devices into your hardware or software platform. Our API quickly and easily allows sharing of data between our Elements and your LIMS/ELN system.
Want a custom solution? We can white label our sensors and dashboard to accommodate your needs. Want to extract data from your analytical instrument and make it available in the Cloud? We can do that too.
- ELN/LIMS suppliers can provide additional data like cold storage or environmental data to their customers to help with quality and compliance and to enable R&D.
- OEM suppliers who want an IoT-enabled product can simply connect to our Element-D rather than going through the time-consuming process of building their own system.
- Resellers and distributors with a strong presence in scientific markets can expand their offerings by selling our turnkey platform to existing or new customers.
Elemental Machines partners with PerkinElmer to support their OneSource customers with temperature, environmental and equipment monitoring to drive efficiencies in the lab. PerkinElmer’s Asset Genius Monitoring system automates the collection of lab freezer and refrigerator temperatures, and activates remote alerts when a temperature is outside of predefined parameters.
Climb™ from RockStep Solutions, is an enterprise solution that covers the entire spectrum of challenges in one integrated package. Because Climb is modular and can integrate with other technology tools such as the Elemental Machines platform of IoT sensors.
Climb users simply register the devices and associate the data streams with the relevant database objects such as animals, rooms, or cages. Facilities managers and scientists can have access to environmental data over any time-period and receive alerts in real-time if anomalous conditions are detected. Scientists can corollate the readings from the IoT devices with experimental data to better control the experimental conditions and reduce the number of experimental unknowns.
mTuitive, Inc. develops data capture and synoptic reporting software to assist health care professionals in recording clinical findings and maintaining compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
Our unique method of capturing structured information provides valuable data for pathology, surgery, oncology and cancer staging applications. Our products allow the clinical decision maker to conveniently receive alerts and reference materials directly at the point of care. mTuitive solutions improve care to the patient through quality assurance and error reduction while standardizing and automating manual reporting processes, reducing both time and labor costs.
essco calibration lab
Elemental Machines partners with Essco Calibration Laboratory to provide calibration of our temperature sensors to be compliant with industry regulations such as FDA 21 CFR part 11, GMP and ISO 17025. Essco provides calibration services on a wide variety of commercial and laboratory instruments in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Bio Medical, Medical Device and General Manufacturing industries. Their capabilities include Electronic, Mechanical, Dimensional, Fiber-Optic, Temperature, Pressure, Vacuum, Mass, Analytical, Flow, Velocity, Light, Force and Torque instrumentation. They are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 (NVLAP). All calibrations are traceable to NIST.
Founded in 2012, Allotrope Foundation is an international consortium of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and other scientific research-intensive industries that is developing advanced data architecture to transform the acquisition, exchange, and management of laboratory data throughout its complete lifecycle.
Its first initiative is the development of the Allotrope Framework for analytical data, consisting of a standard data format, class libraries for interfacing with applications, and semantic capabilities to support standardized, structured metadata. Allotrope aims to make the intelligent analytical laboratory a reality – an automated laboratory where data, methods and hardware components are seamlessly shared among disparate platforms, and where one-click reports can be produced based on data generated by any analytical instrument, and data integrity is built- in by design.
Advances and breakthroughs in science will not be achieved alone, the mission of the Pistoia Alliance is to drive collaboration and empower organizations to work together for success. The Alliance lowers barriers to R&D innovation by providing a legal framework to enable straightforward and secure pre-competitive collaboration between more than 100 global members.
The Pistoia Alliance is a global, not-for-profit members’ organization conceived in 2007 and incorporated in 2009 by representatives of AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis and Pfizer who met at a conference in Pistoia, Italy. This group shared the opinion that life science R&D was changing beyond recognition, and that organizations could not afford to ‘go it alone’ in order to integrate emerging technologies and continue to deliver life-changing therapies to patients. The Pistoia Alliance’s projects help to overcome common obstacles to innovation and to transform R&D – whether identifying the root causes of inefficiencies, working with regulators to adopt new standards, or helping researchers implement AI effectively. There are currently more than 100 member companies – ranging from global organisations, to medium enterprizes, to start-ups, to individuals – collaborating as equals on projects that generate value for the worldwide life sciences community.
MassBio® is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1985 that represents and provides services and support for the world’s leading life sciences supercluster.
MassBio is committed to advancing Massachusetts’ leadership in the life sciences to grow the industry, add value to the healthcare system and improve patient lives.
Representing 1,200+ biotechnology companies, academic institutions, disease foundations and other organizations involved in life sciences and healthcare, MassBio leverages its unparalleled network of innovative companies and industry thought leaders to advance policy and promote education, while providing member programs, events, industry information, and services.
accelerated technology laboratories
Accelerated Technology Laboratories (ATL) is a leader in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). ATL has two market-leading LIMS solutions, Sample Master® and TITAN®. ATL’s core markets include analytical, environmental, food & beverage, water and wastewater, chemical, government, public health, clinical testing and manufacturing. In many of these industries, organizations are looking to add the continuous flow of environmental measurements like temperature, humidity, pressure and light to their LIMS. ATL has introduced Monitor Plus, a complete continuous monitoring solution with technology from Elemental Machines, that includes intelligent, wireless sensors that install easily and transmit data via WiFi (with a cellular backup in case of a power outage or network interruption).
The flow of data is stored in the cloud and accessed using the Dashboard, a browser-based data analysis tool that provides a wealth of monitoring data plus the ability to provide real-time alerts for potential out-of-compliance situations. ATL is working to integrate its Sample Master and TITAN LIMS to import data from Monitor Plus that can be used for analysis and reporting. The data can also be used to trigger real-time alerts in either LIMS solution.
